UIS Student, Faculty, & Staff Login Instructions

  • Select the UIS Login option.
  • You will be redirected to the UIS Login Service page.
  • Enter your UIS NetID and Password
  • Log in to EngageU

External Users – Individuals Without a UIS Login Credential

First Time Users (Employers & Recommenders)

  • First time employer access

    Selecting the “sign up for an account” option Note that the information you share here will not be added to any mailing list.

  • Complete the Form:

    Fill out the short form to create your account

  • Use the Correct Email

    Ensure you use the same email address that the student provided in the application. This is essential for account creation.

  • Sign Up

    Click the “Sign up” button to complete the process

Who should create an account?

  • Employers: Field/Site Supervisors for an internship or project that a UIS student is completing
  • Recommender: Faculty, Staff, or Employer that will complete a recommendation for a student who is applying for Study Away/Abroad.

Signing In to Your EngageU Account

Once you’ve established your personal EngageU dashboard

  • Enter Your Credentials

    Use the email address and password you created.
  • Select “Sign In”
